ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

SERVICES
Nashville Wellness & IV provides medically supervised aesthetic and wellness services including but not limited to IV therapy, neurotoxins, dermal fillers, skin treatments, and weight loss programs. All services are performed by licensed professionals.

Results vary by individual. Nashville Wellness & IV does not guarantee specific outcomes. Services are not a substitute for medical care. Clients must disclose complete and accurate medical history prior to treatment. Nashville Wellness & IV reserves the right to refuse service if treatment is deemed unsafe.

APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in a required deposit for future bookings.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
Payment is due at time of service. All service sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed treatments. Unused product purchases may be eligible for exchange within 14 days with receipt. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

INFORMED CONSENT
By booking a service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the applicable informed consent form for your treatment. Consent forms must be completed prior to receiving services.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Nashville Wellness & IV may take before and after photos for clinical documentation. Photos will not be used for marketing purposes without your explicit written consent.

SMS COMMUNICATIONS
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Nashville Wellness & IV regarding appointments, service updates, and promotional offers. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile numbers will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

LIABILITY
Nashville Wellness & IV is not liable for any adverse reactions, complications, or unsatisfactory results that arise from undisclosed medical conditions, failure to follow post-treatment instructions, or circumstances outside our control.
